Guidelines for visa application invitation
An invitation letter for VISA will be issued only to conference attendees who have completed the registration process for the conference and paid the conference fee.
Submit your basic information (Name, Passport No., Date of Birth, Issue Date of Passport, Expiry Date of Passport, Place of Issue, Nationality) via email.
Email Subject: "I need an invitation letter to get a VISA"

We will send you the invitation letter as soon as possible after receiving your complete materials.
The TIEII organizing committee closely monitors ongoing adjustments to China’s visa policy for international visitors. If the policy changes may affect your attendance at TIEII 2027, please notify us at your earliest convenience.
